We are looking for professional dykers to take on a contract with us to work with the public, training them in the basic techniques of drystane dyking over the summer, as part of our Iron Age activities – yes, the techniques have barely changed in a couple of thousand years ! You will be creating raised garden beds, surrounded with stone walls and helping repair our garden dykes. Good dyking practice and good communications skills are all that is required.
